RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

By placing an order with FOXXO CLOTHING STUDIO PVT LTD, you agree to the following terms:

1.Returns & Refunds:

-No returns or refunds on sold products.

-Sale items, coupon/discounted products, gift vouchers, customized or tailored items are non-returnable & non-exchangeable.

2.Exchange Policy:

-Only size exchange is allowed (bigger or smaller size).

-Exchange request must be made within 72 hours of delivery.

-Exchange is allowed once per order.

-Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, with original tags & packaging intact.

-Exchange value will be adjusted after deducting to & fro shipping/COD charges.

3.Damaged or Incorrect Product:

-If you receive a damaged or wrong item, contact us at info@foxxoclothing.com within 48 working hours.

-After approval, send the product back for replacement.

-Return shipping is self-shipped. No reverse pickup is provided.

-If the product is damaged, return shipping cost may be refunded.

4.Return Shipping:

-Customers must use a reliable courier service and share tracking details.

-Foxxo Clothing Studio is not responsible for lost shipments.

-Return shipping cost is non-refundable (except in case of damage).

5.Exchange/Return Not Accepted If:

-Product is washed, worn, or used

-Customer dislikes color, fabric, or fit

-Color variation due to screen resolution

-Same product exchange requested

-Item is marked non-returnable/exchangeable on product page

6.Order Cancellation:

-Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement.

-Cancellation is subject to company approval.
